I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and air-conditioned, but there were a few wear and tear issues that required minor maintenance. However, being upgraded to a Deluxe Suite was a pleasant surprise. The rooms had private garden terraces, amazing beds, and a large bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower.

I had a bit of noise from people returning to the hotel on the first night as my room was at the street end, but overall, the hotel offers very spacious rooms with a huge balcony area. The rooms are clean, comfy, and come with tea/coffee facilities. The staff's service is a mix of not very obliging and professional with a friendly touch. The location is excellent, conveniently close to shops and markets in Kuta but slightly seedy in developing Tuban areas.
